- Zilla Panchayat registers Employees as Inspectors on the Web Portal.
- Registered Employees are issued a User Credential for the Web Portal.
- State Midday Meal Council or the Zilla Panchayat can create agendas for the evaluation of schools in a given month.
- Agendas may be "Non Payment of Honourarium, Cooking Costs or Transportation Costs", Non Allotment/ Distribution of Foodgrains, Specific Items for Evaluation as deemed necessary
- The inspectors are expected to report the status on the specific "Agenda" assigned for evaluation of the School.
- An Inspector can review past inspection reports of a school to guage and assess the implementation of the scheme in the school.
- An registered employee downloads the MP PM Poshan Shakti Nirman from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Registered employee uses the "User Credential" issued by the Zilla Panchayat to log in to the App.
- The Registered employees uses the "Inspection Dashboard" to report evaluation for a School. Refer the manual for How to Conduct Inspections using App?
- Evaluation Report for a School comprises of 5 parts, namely-
- PART A- Key Properties of the School such as Name of the Head Teacher, No of Students Present, Status of Midday Meal on the day of the inspection and a Geo Tagged Selfie of the Inspector.
- PART B- Objective Evaluation of the School on key Parameters.
- PART C- Photographs to support specific states of Key Parameters reported in Part B.
- PART D- Additional Photographs as deemed necessary by the Inspector
- PART E- A detailed comment on the School.
- Only one inspection can be reported on a Given Date for the School.
- Mobile App facilitates the Inspector to report Evaluation of a School even in areas with no or little network coverage.
- Council has a dedicated cell to Monitor the Inspectors/ Inspections.
- System facilitates the evaluation of the "Inspection Diary" of all Inspectors. An "Inspection Diary" is the collection of all evaluation reports submitted by an Inspector.
- System facilitates the analysis of States of Parameters at a schoool as reported in the Inspection Report.
- System creates a Ranking Matrix based on the Number of Inspections Reported and Total Number of Schools Visited.
